ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Women Techsters program is a free digital skills-to-employability program empowering girls and women (ages 10-40) from marginalized African communities to break cycles of poverty through technology careers. Using an AI-integrated curriculum with cutting-edge tools, participants specialize in in-demand learning tracks, while receiving mentorship, job matching, and business support.
The program has impacted 148,582 women across 30 countries, with 77% of intermediate/advanced learners securing jobs, exploring freelance opportunities or building technology businesses within 1 year of program completion
